Download Policy

Digital Downloads

All digital products—including eBooks, workbooks, worksheets, and downloadable curriculum materials—are delivered instantly after purchase.
Once a digital file has been downloaded, all sales are final.
Because digital items cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for downloaded products.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with replacement links or alternate formats.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If the item does not meet the return standards, the refund will be denied and the item may be shipped back to you upon request (additional shipping fees may apply).

Physical Books & Merchandise

Unused, unopened physical items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in new condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • A receipt or order number is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or sent in error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours.
Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Refund Processing

Refund Policy for Physical Books

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for physical books may be approved only if the following conditions are met:

  1. The book is in brand-new, unused condition.

    • No marks, bent corners, writing, highlighting, folds, tears, or cracked spines.

    • No water damage, stains, odors, or signs of use.

  2. The original shipping package has not been opened, or if opened, the book must still be in perfect, resellable condition as stated above.

  3. The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  4. A valid order number or receipt is provided.

Refunds will not be approved if the item is:

  • Opened and shows any sign of wear

  • Marked, spilled on, or damaged

  • Used for classes or copying

  • Returned without prior approval

  • Missing components (inserts, workbooks, digital access cards, etc.)

These conditions help protect the author and publisher from financial loss due to unsellable or damaged returns.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Digital downloads

  • Opened or used books

  • Books damaged after delivery

  • Discounted, bundle, or promotional items

  • Signed or personalized copies

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or incorrect item

  • A brief explanation of the issue

Approved replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage.
Refunds will not be granted for items damaged during return transit.
